Shiver’s BBQ

Located in Homestead, one hour away from Miami, Shiver’s BBQ is easily one of the best barbeques restaurants in Florida.

Family-owned and operated since 1950, they are famous for their authentic hickory smoked BBQ, specializing  in slow smoked meats like baby back ribs, pork spare ribs, beef ribs, chicken, beef brisket, pork, and more.

Their humble and homie environment, incredible flavors, and history make it a legendary place, definitely worth the drive. The staff is extremely friendly, and the setup is very familiar, with long picnic tables that you might have to share.

There is a reason why they have been around for so long. Everything is delicious, but I would definitely recommend the corn souffle, the corn nuggets, the baby back ribs and the brisket. Either way you can’t go wrong! One of the best BBQ I’ve had.
