Museum of Graffiti

Miami’s Street Art History

Just a short walk from Wynwood Walls, the Museum of Graffiti is one of the first museums dedicated to chronicling the global graffiti movement. It offers a grounded look at an art form that once lived on the fringes, now acknowledged for its narrative and visual weight.

A Space with Purpose

Founded in 2019 by graffiti artist Alan Ket and attorney Allison Freidin, the museum blends indoor and outdoor exhibits, posters, vintage tags, and murals to chart graffiti’s evolution—from subway tags to gallery walls.

What You’ll Find

  • Indoor Exhibits: Explore curated displays of photographs, vintage spray cans, and written pieces that trace graffiti’s origin and growth.
  • Outdoor Murals: Large-scale pieces decorate the building’s exterior—ever shifting, ever telling.
  • Events & Classes: Weekend workshops let visitors try spray-paint art in a guided, hands-on setting.
