South Pointe, Miami Beach
A park at the tip of the world, lifting views and quiet life above Miami’s rush.
South Pointe is a popular spot located at the southern tip of Miami Beach, and it’s one of the best places to hang out if you’re looking for great views and a relaxed vibe. The area is part of South Pointe Park, which has a little bit of everything—beautiful green spaces, a wide beach, and stunning views of the ocean and the Miami skyline.
The Pier and the Promise
One of the highlights of South Pointe is its pier, which stretches out into the ocean. It’s a great spot for fishing or just strolling along and taking in the view. From here, you can watch cruise ships heading out to sea, see the sun set over the city, or just enjoy the ocean breeze. The beach itself is wide and sandy.
Paths That Ease the Day
The park also has paved paths that are perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. You’ll find plenty of people out with their dogs, families having picnics, and friends gathering for a good time. There are benches and shady spots where you can relax, as well as a splash park for kids to cool off in.
If you’re into photography or just love a good view, South Pointe has some awesome photo opportunities. The combination of the ocean, the beach, the pier, and the city skyline is picture-perfect, especially at sunset when the sky lights up in different colors.
There are also some great places to eat nearby. You can grab a casual meal at one of the food stands or restaurants in the area, or head to one of the more upscale spots for a fancy dinner with a view.
